See the BYU Cougarettes in concert

See the BYU Cougarettes dance in concert at the Covey Center for the Arts (425 W. Center St., Provo). Performances are Feb. 9-12 at 7 p.m. and Feb. 12 at 1 p.m. Tickets are $20 for the general public and can be bought online at bit.ly/34gP5gD. Face masks are recommended.

Feb. 10

Attend an Olympics watch party

Join Park City Ski & Snowboard as they watch the men’s snowboard halfpipe and women’s super-G competitions in the 2022 Winter Olympics. The free, outside watch party will be held at the Utah Olympic Park (3419 Olympic Parkway, Park City) from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Guests will need to purchase vouchers (”Snow Bucks”) for food trucks, a hot cocoa bar and more. Jam out to jazz music

Jam out at the sixth annual St. George Jazz Festival, Feb. 11-12 at various times. Tickets range from $15 to $25. The festival, a nonprofit organization, also gives local music students the chance to share the stage with guest artists. See the full lineup and ticket prices at stgeorgejazzfest.com.

Celebrate the 20th anniversary of the 2002 Salt Lake Olympics

Celebrate the 20th anniversary of the 2002 Salt Lake Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games at the Bob Wells Plaza (480 Swede Alley) in downtown Park City. The event goes from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and will include sport demos, a climbing wall, photo ops with the 2002 mascot, food and drinks, and a video board showing the 2022 Winter Olympics and clips from the 2002 games.
