Utah and BYU started to lock in their 2025 recruiting classes on Wednesday during the NCAA’s early signing period.
The Utes recruiting class currently ranks 38th in the nation and fifth in the Big 12, according to 247Sports' Overall Team Rankings. In the 2024 recruiting cycle, Utah put together the 40th-ranked class in the nation.
The Utes got a bump when they flipped four-star running back Raycine Guillory Jr. from Ole Miss.
BYU, on the other hand, finds itself at 55th in the nation and 12th in the conference — five spots below the Utes — with their 2025 recruiting class. The Cougars are on track to top their 62nd-ranked class from last season.
