Utah Jazz: George Hill could make his return against Philadelphia

For Jazz fans, Christmas may be coming a little late.

After a month long absence, starting point guard George Hill could finally make his return to the court Thursday night against the Philadelphia 76ers.

Hill did not go through shootaround Thursday, but did manage a full workout Wednesday. The Jazz have listed him as questionable to play.

"We wanted to give him extra time to assess where his toe is pregame," Jazz coach Quin Snyder Thursday morning. "So we'll see. I don't know yet."

Hill sprained the big toe on his left foot in early December. He has not played since Nov. 29.

"I think his conditioning will be an issue, it really always is [for a player returning from injury]," Snyder said. "I think it will be less of an issue with him. … There are parts of his body that he hasn't felt in a while that will get fatigued. But the type of athlete he is, I think he'll get that back pretty quick."
