Here’s the kickoff time and TV info for the BYU vs. Utah football game

The state’s biggest rivalry makes a long-awaited return.

The long-awaited return to the Utah-BYU rivalry is set to kick off at 8:15 p.m. MT on Saturday, Nov. 9 in Salt Lake City.

It will broadcast on ESPN.

It’s the first time the two programs have faced off since 2021, when the Cougars defeated the Utes 26-17. BYU’s victory broke a nine-game win streak held by Ute head coach Kyle Whittingham and the program.

With Utah’s entrance into the Big 12 this summer, it will also be the first time in more than a decade that the rivalry is set as a conference game. The last time that happened was in 2010 when both programs were in the Mountain West.

BYU enters the contest atop the Big 12 with an 8-0 record and a clear shot to make the College Football Playoff. The Utes, on the other hand, are reeling from a four-game losing streak that has them at 14th in the Big 12 and fighting for bowl eligibility.
