Seven University of Utah players were selected in the NFL Draft, but more than seven will get a crack as a professional.
In the minutes after the draft concluded, Utes linebacker Francis Bernard agreed to an undrafted free agent deal with the Dallas Cowboys, a source told The Salt Lake Tribune.
With rookie mini-camps off with the COVID-19 pandemic ongoing, first-year players like Bernard will go through virtual workouts and class sessions until team facilities open.
