The Best is Back!
In celebration of our great community, The Salt Lake Tribune is once again presenting Salt City Best in 2022. This contest is truly designed to engage the community in celebrating the places, restaurants and local businesses we love. We invite our audience to vote on the nominated outstanding establishments and professionals in the Salt Lake area.
Voting opened Wednesday, July 27 for the 2022 edition of Salt City Best. It’s our audience’s opportunity to recognize the best in business. This year we again have contestants in Eat & Drink, Education, Entertainment, Health & Beauty, Home & Garden, Law, Motors, Outdoor Adventures, Real Estate, Services, Shopping, Things to Do, and Winter Sports. Contestants are individuals and businesses that serve Salt Lake City and the surrounding areas.
Salt City Best is all about engaging fans, customers and local business. It’s the one time that our audience engages to help select the best of the Salt Lake area including the winter resorts, giving our audience the opportunity to choose outstanding people, businesses and establishments in the 14 major categories.
Each year, we rely on our audience to supply us with the names of outstanding people, businesses and establishments in each of the over 320 categories. Once the nominees are finalized, our audience is asked to vote who they think is best in each category. Last year there were over 25,000 people casting votes. This year there are over 1,000 businesses have been nominated. Look for this unique badge at your favorite local business, then support them with your votes!

And the Winners
The winners will be announced on December 4 in the Sunday edition of The Salt Lake Tribune in both home delivered editions and on newsstands. All winners will be honored in the popular Salt City Best collector’s edition full color magazine, and on the year-round website SaltCityBest.com.
