I call on Attorney General Derek Brown to file Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) charges against Donald J. Trump, Elon Musk, JD Vance, Mike Lee, John Curtis, Mike Kennedy, Celeste Maloy, Burgess Owens, Blake Moore, every single head of the United States Cabinet, and every other Republican member of Congress for their concerted actions to defraud Americans of: our national security, our Social Security, our Medicaid and Medicare, our veterans benefits, our Public Lands, our Right to Free Speech, our Civil Rights, our Treasury.
The actions of the administration have been flagrantly illegal and unconstitutional, and have been not just allowed, but coordinated by the explicit cooperation of his Cabinet and our Republican members of Congress.
Every single one of these people, from the president on down, have demonstrably and flagrantly betrayed their oaths of office while perpetuating and propagating outright lies of what their intentions are.
Never before in my more than six decades of life have I seen such a flagrant and reckless criminal organization. That they hide their crimes behind their taxpayer-funded offices only increases the seriousness — and outrageousness — of their duplicity.
