I am 72 years old. I grew up during the Red Scare and blacklisting. I came of age during Watergate.
I have seen numerous attempts to subvert state and federal constitutions. However, I have never witnessed greater threats to democracy than the agenda and actions of the Trump administration.
We must challenge and resist their blatant efforts to consolidate power in violation of constitutional protections and balance of powers.
I am looking at you Republicans.
