Letter: What has improved as a result of changing the name of the Gulf of Mexico?

I am just wondering how changing the name of a body of water helps the average American, or any American?

Did the price of gas drop? How about the price of groceries, health care or housing? Does it improve education? Reduce gun violence?

Seems there was a lot of criticism of the previous administration that not enough was being done to help with these problems. If those of you who think the name change is really improving things I have a suggestion for the current administration: Change the name of the United States of America to heaven, problems solved!
