Letter: Blocking Salt Lake City streets

This week the University of Utah as well as elementary and secondary schools begin, and Salt Lake City Street Administration have successfully blocked all routes.

My family lives near Brickyard. Living in our household is a student who attends Judge High School and an employee at the University. There are three routes usually available: 900 East, 1100 East or 1300 East. All three are partially closed due to construction projects, two of which have been started since the beginning of August.

The only logical explanation for this, that I can think of,  must be that the Salt Lake City street planners must live in Provo.
