Where’s Waldo or, I should say, where is Sen. Mike Lee, Sen. Burgess Owens and Rep. Chris Stewart? Congress is in summer recess and I understand our congressional representatives are back at home visiting with their constituents.
If you have seen any of them meeting with the common people (voters), would you let the media know so we can go see them?
Their ads say they work for Utah but I’m reluctant to say so and I have been a Utah Republican since 1965.
That is, until the above all jumped on the Donald Trump bandwagon.
Now I really look at one’s integrity and how they support the citizens in both Utah and our nation much more carefully.
Where’s Waldo? Maybe Utah voters need to look more carefully at who they elect to public office rather than just putting their check mark behind an R.
For now, I will vote as I have since I voted for Barry Goldwater at age 18 — in every election, but only for those who meet my standard of loyal government service; and I never vote a straight party ticket!
