With the onset of COVID-19, the government has overreached its step with damaging restrictions to small and medium businesses here in the Salt Lake Valley. According to multiple sources, the coronavirus’ death rate is around 1%. I guess this fact begs the question of, “Is it worth the shutdown of many people’s lives and businesses, which could potentially destroy their livelihoods, only to save the 1%?”
