Why is it so difficult for people to say publicly what is so patently obvious about Donald Trump's performances during the daily press briefings about the COVID-19 crisis? Do the words get stuck in their throat?
Just say it. He's an idiot.
When he wonders aloud about the use of disinfectants by injection or ingestion as treatments and then pathetically tries to walk it back by claiming they were a sarcastic question aimed at reporters in the room is an affront to peoples’ basic intelligence.
Whenever he speaks it is a demonstration of self-willed ignorance, plain and simple.
What, then, is so hard about knowledgeable people calling him out, instead of pussy-footing around with vague responses in some feeble attempt to smooth things over by pouring oil on the water.
This intentionally ignorant, inarticulate person is what he is. Period. Just say it.
