Let me welcome you into David T. Lancaster’s alternate universe. In this realm, Hillary Clinton won the 2016 presidential election.

Later, it is discovered that she received help from the Russian government when they used bloggers to post messages favorable to her and unfavorable to her opponent on social media.

When it came out after a Republican inquiry, she denied any knowledge of this assistance from the Russians. When further investigations revealed that she did have some knowledge of the assistance, President Clinton denies any collusion with the Russian government to getting her elected.

Special counsel Robert Mueller finds, after nearly two years of investigation, that there was no collusion between President Clinton and the Russians, but the process does not completely exonerate her.

In this alternate universe, the Republican-controlled Congress starts talking of impeaching the president for high crimes and misdemeanors. The Democrats are strangely silent on the matter.

Wake up, America! There is no difference between the Republicans and the Democrats.

David T. Lancaster, Murray
