So long, Salt Lake Tribune, it has been a good run. I just can’t take your lack of delivery anymore. I am canceling my subscription. Your recent delivery has been poor at best. On Thanksgiving Day, the largest newspaper of the year, I have again received no newspaper. For the fourth time in the last three weeks, I have received no Tribune.
I wonder what your advertisers think about you refusing to deliver your product to their customers on the most important advertising day of the year. As I have the other three times, I contacted your circulation department to complain about not receiving the newspaper. I was supposed to receive a copy delivered to make up for my missed copy. As of early afternoon, and I still have received no newspaper. The hard work done by your editorial department is all for naught when your circulation department refuses to deliver your product to customers who want to read it.
I am just one former customer. But, with your low readership, how many more customers can you afford to lose?
