Heavy rain led to flooding in Provo on Monday.
According to the National Weather Service, Tuesday will bring morning and afternoon showers and thunderclaps with daytime highs sliding into the upper 70s, down several degrees from Monday's equally wet weather. Winds of 10-20 mph are expected Tuesday.
