Moab • A woman died and three others were injured Saturday evening when a family in a Razr went off a cliff near Cowskin Campground, roughly three miles from the Dewey Bridge.
Grand County Sheriff’s spokesperson Al Cymbaluk in a press release said Stephanie Hinkley of Tarrant, Texas, died at the scene. A relative was taken by air ambulance to St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction, Colo., and two others were taken to Moab Regional Hospital. A boy was uninjured.
It is unclear why the off-highway vehicle went off the cliff. Cymbaluk said deputies, a Moab Police officer and Grand County EMS responded to the site.
