Utah-based faith wants appeals court to reject the multimillion-dollar fraud case.

Attorneys for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints filed a petition Wednesday seeking a rehearing before the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals over its August decision to resurrect a fraud lawsuit brought against the Utah-based global faith by James Huntsman over tithing.
