JSX — an air carrier that flies 30-seat jets between private terminals — is beginning seasonal flights between Salt Lake City International Airport and Las Vegas and Burbank, Calif.
The company announced that service on weekends during ski season begins on Jan. 28, with one-way flights starting at $198 to Burbank and $179 to Las Vegas.
Booking online is available at jsx.com.
Flights in Salt Lake City leave and arrive at Atlantic Aviation, 369 N. 2370 West.
In Burbank, flights use the JSX Hangar at 4562 Empire Ave. In Las Vegas, they use the JSX Hangar at 5616-A Haven Street.
JSX says it offers a crowd-free alternative to public air travel that avoids crowded terminals and packed planes.
“Now, more than ever, people are seeking safe and efficient point-to-point travel options for both business and leisure. Our distinctive form of flying allows us to quickly pivot to serve destinations people want to fly to while eliminating the hassles and headaches associated with commercial air travel,” said JSX CEO Alex Wilcox.
“Outdoor leisure destinations top the list of desired getaways and JSX is excited to offer weekly round trip service to Salt Lake City so travelers can experience the joy of a simple, safe and socially-distanced winter escape,” he said.
