Two killed, four critically injured in Millcreek

Two people died and four were critically injured after a speeding car ran a red light in Millcreek.

Unified Police spokesperson Sgt. Melody Cutler said a Honda was traveling above the speed limit on Highland Drive before the crash. She said an officer saw the car and tried to stop it but it sped up instead of pulling over, so the officer gave up on making a traffic stop.

The car ran a red light at 4500 South and Highland, causing it to crash into a Range Rover which rolled over into another vehicle. Cutler said two people in the Honda died and three other people in the car were critically injured. The woman driving the Range Rover was also critically injured.
