Murray Police are searching for a man who reportedly groped a 17-year-old girl at a clothing store last week.
According to police, the teenager was shopping at a Burlington Coat Factory at 5976 S. State St. at about 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 5 when the man touched her inappropriately and tried to pull her into a restroom at the store. The girl managed to free herself from the man.
Police have provided both a photo of the man they believe was involved and a photo of the car he is believed to have been driving. Anyone with information about the man’s identity is asked to call Murray Police dispatch at 801-840-4000 or Det. Smith at 801-264-2552. Please reference case 18C021997.
