One of Mexico's largest airlines has begun offering flights between Mexico and Salt Lake City.
Aeromexico will offer daily flights to Guadalajara, Mexico and a weekly service to Mexico City.
Aeromexico Executive Jorge Goytortua told KUTV-TV Thursday that the company was drawn to the Beehive State in part by the new Salt Lake City International Airport that is expected to be completed in two years.
He added that Utah has great attractions including skiing, which he says Mexicans love.
Aeromexico Salt Lake City airport leaders say the state-of-art-airport facility in works has been key in attracting new routes.
