André 3000 and his flutes

Actor-musician André 3000 — best known for his time as half of the hip-hop duo Outkast — is on tour in support of his first solo album, “New Blue Sun.” The album features Benjamin performing on several types of flutes, with an ensemble made up of percussionist Carlos Niño, keyboardist Surya Botofasina, guitarist Nate Mercereau and drummer Deantoni Parks. The tour lands Wednesday, starting at 8 p.m., at Eccles Theatre, 131 S. Main St., Salt Lake City. Tickets available at live-at-the-eccles.com.

RSL ends the regular season

Saturday is billed as “Decision Day” in Major League Soccer, with 28 of the league’s 29 teams playing on the same day — and the final playoff seedings on the line. Real Salt Lake is playing the Vancouver Whitecaps, starting at 7 p.m., at America First Field, 9256 S. State St., Sandy. RSL has clinched at least a fourth-place seed, and a home game in the first round of the playoffs. Tickets for the game are available at rsl.com.

A comedian’s ‘Potluck Party’

Comedian Kathleen Madigan is between specials right now. Her last one, “Hunting Bigfoot,” was released on Prime in February 2023. Her next one will be coming sometime in 2025. The material for that special is what she’s working out on her “Potluck Party” tour, which lands Saturday, starting at 7 p.m., at Kingsbury Hall, 1395 E. Presidents Circle, Salt Lake City.
