Eat, shop and explore Salt Lake City during the Spring Stroll

Shoppers can get discounts at some participating stores.

Local businesses across Salt Lake City are participating in a Spring Stroll beginning Friday.

Shoppers have the opportunity to win prizes for shopping at establishments from coffee shops to yoga studios using a virtual “passport.” From April 9 to 25, patrons can scan a QR code at participating businesses to be entered into a drawing to get a prize for every purchase they make.

Participating areas include the 9th and 9th neighborhood, Foothill, Glendale and the Granary District. Art stores, pet supply stores, coffee shops, restaurants and skin care companies are all on this year’s roster of businesses. A number of businesses are offering discounts to people participating in Spring Stroll.

Getting around the city will also be made easier through discounts for renting scooters and bikes. With the discount code SPRINGSTROLL, riders can get $5 off a Bird Scooter rental. People can also get a $1 Green Bike Day Pass using code 04202021.
