It always amazes me how gullible we Americans are . Those of us who have experienced life beyond America's border know that compared to other western nations we are far behind in social benefits and in particular in health care .

Hold on! I know that America's health care is " the best in the world " but who can afford it?

Now, finally after a long fight and after a lot of trimming and cutting, we have what resembles health care in the Affordable Care Act. Even after many of our nation's leadership have tried their very best to derail it, it is here to stay. Even America's courts say so.

So why is it that so many in Senate and Congress are still trying to sabotage it instead of working to improve it? It has proven that many millions have signed up for it and proven that it cost billions of dollars less that expected?

Are we so gullible that we will vote those naysayers back into office? Or will we for once go to the polls and elect leaders who care about our welfare and our health care?
