Re "Senate OKs prison move" (March 6):

Relocating the state prison in Draper would cost the taxpayers a fortune. It would enrich a few individuals, but create hardships for many more.

If we're going to spend money moving something, instead of wasting time on the prison, the Legislature should determine the best way to relocate the oil refineries.

That would be a win-win for everyone who breathes air along the Wasatch Front.
