Could the self-described "party of stupid" sink any lower than teabagger dolt and would-be presidential impeacher Rep. Steve Stockman, R-Texas, calling the vile, draft-dodging deadbeat Ted Nugent a patriot and inviting him to the State of the Union address? A man who has threatened the president's life — he's a patriot?

How long is this right-wing insult to reason going to last in our country? This congressman and his fellow asylum inmates on the far right are a disgraceful stain on American honor and respect for decorum.

Where is the outrage from Republican leaders? Since when is cowardice recognized as patriotism? How dare they disparage highly decorated, wounded combat veterans like Secretary of State John Kerry and Secretary of Defense nominee Church Hagel and elevate trash to national prominence? Beyond outrageous!
