Enjoy the sun-filled weekend, because by Tuesday, thunderstorms could bring rainy weather to parts of Utah.

According to the National Weather Service, the high temperature for Friday in northern Utah will reach 77 degrees by Friday, and climb to the low 80s on both Saturday and Sunday. By Monday, the high temperature is expected to dip to 77 degrees. A chance of thunderstorms is predicted for Monday evening through Tuesday, when the high temperature is expected to reach 67 degrees.

Cedar City will see similar temperatures, with a high predicted at 75 degrees on Friday, 81 on Saturday and 79 degrees on Sunday. Monday will likely be breezy, with a high temperature of 74 degrees, while Tuesday will likely reach a high temperature of 67 degrees.

It will be significantly warmer further south, where the high temperature on Friday in St. George is expected to be 89 degrees. Temperatures are expected to climb to the mid-90s on both Saturday and Sunday, before cooling down slightly to 87 on Monday and 80 degrees on Tuesday. There is a slight chance of thunderstorms in St. George on Tuesday.
