A semi-trailer rig overturned on a curve late Tuesday morning, reducing traffic exiting southbound Interstate 15 to Spanish Fork and U.S. 6 to a crawl.

Utah Highway Patrol Cpl. Todd Johnson said the semi rolled at 9:18 a.m. as it took a curve on the exit where it splits, with one lane leading onto Spanish Fork's Main Street and the other to U.S. 6.

The male driver sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene. No other vehicles were involved.

UHP said two lanes were blocked while the wreckage was cleared, but traffic was still flowing through the area.

The cause of the accident was under investigation.
