The Utah Department of Transportation on Tuesday warned motorists of delays on southern Utah's State Road 14 as crews worked to clean up debris from a rock slide.
Traffic along the route, which runs about 40 miles in Iron and Kane counties between Cedar City and Long Valley Junction, was closed down for much of Monday night and early Tuesday morning.
By 8 a.m. Tuesday, two-way traffic had been restored, though motorists were advised to expect minor delays and use caution when traveling through the area.
The slide occurred along a stretch of SR 14 about 8 miles southeast of Cedar City.
The same stretch of road was closed until this spring after a massive landslide buried a 2,000-foot portion in October 2011.
