After a record-breaking week, BYU's senior shortstop JC Clayton was named the Pacific Coast Softball Conference Player of the Week. It's the third time in five weeks she has won the award.

Clayton helped lead the Cougars to a 5-0 record and a 4-0 start in PCSC play. She hit .368 and scored a run in all five games, including three runs in the team's first game against San Diego.

Clayon, now the all-time hits leader at BYU, tops the conference with a .419 average.
