It's been a while since we've had an update on Tyrell Corbin's recruiting. The West High star said earlier this spring that schools such as Utah, Louisville, Virginia Tech and Hawaii had expressed interest but had not made official offers.
Corbin, who is the son of Utah Jazz head coach Tyrone Corbin, tweeted early this morning that he was making a visit to UC-Davis, another school that has been on Corbin's list.
The Aggies play in the Great West conferences along with programs such as Cal Poly and Utah Valley University. Southern Utah's programs play in the Great West, but in 2012 will leave for the Big Sky Conference.
What do you think? Is this about the right level for Corbin, or should he aim higher? Is it worth going to a school such as Utah if he has to walk on? Share your thoughts in the comments or at Facebook.com/TribPreps.
