So South Salt Lake has decreed that all murals in the city must be in neutral tones. Really? You’re going to outlaw color? Please tell me you’re joking. South Salt Lake aka “Fifty Shades of Gray.” Pretty sure Shae Petersen can find better places to bless with his art.
