The city of Oakland votes to stop a coal handling facility. The organization that wants it and is putting up the capital is not a coal company. It is the Utah state government. No worries. They have funds set aside for a legal fight.

The same government that has accused the federal government of overreach.

The same government that has and will spend millions more to defend their obsession to control the land to use or abuse for profit.

The same state government that has the lowest money per student of all 50 states!

The same state that has gerrymandered its voting districts so the primary victor with an R is usually a shoo-in for the general election.

A state that needs to control all alcohol consumption instead of letting retailers do it at no cost to the state with the same revenue.

It's getting embarrassing to be a Utah voter!

People from other countries think we vote for either the cute little elephants or the cute little donkeys. It couldn't be for the mediocre politicians we keep electing.
