A frequently used GOP statistic is that roughly 6 in 10 Americans don't think Hillary Clinton is honest and trustworthy. The GOP has spent the last 25 years and a lot of PAC money developing that image. No other U.S. citizen has been the target of the GOP hate machine for that duration or intensity.
