I am concerned about current bullying at my middle school. Bullying has become common, and it hurts a lot of people physically as well as mentally. When people get physically hurt, it is generally easy to see and repair. I've noticed that some of my friends get depressed because they are being bullied.

When people get mentally bullied, they become depressed and sad. Depression may lead to suicide, which has become a large concern at my school. Emotional pain is less apparent and more difficult to recognize. Most people wouldn't bully someone if they knew it might lead to suicide. Several people have died because of it.

My school has started several programs to battle the loneliness and loss that some of my peers are feeling. I believe that speaking about my concern and reaching out to others may save others. That is why I think you should do an article about bullying and some of the programs to help teens who are suffering.
