Last week in The Salt Lake Tribune, I read that convicted County Commissioner Phil Lyman won an award for commissioner of the year. I also read that a group wanted to erect a monument for convicted murderer Joe Hill in Sugar House Park. Then we have Gov. Gary Herbert doing everything he can to shut down Planned Parenthood, which hasn't been convicted of any crime. Makes one wonder what Utah values really are.
