Unified Police on Wednesday identified a teenager killed in a Herriman auto-pedestrian accident.
UPD Detective Ken Hansen said 13-year-old Andrew Ardell Perry Drisdom, of Riverton, died at the scene from head injuries sustained in the 3:30 p.m. Tuesday collision at Main Street (12800 South) and 5100 West.
There was no crosswalk at the location where the boy, walking north on Main Street, reportedly attempted to cross over a median.
The incident remained under investigation, but UPD said there were no initial signs that the driver was impaired.
