A snowmobiler suffered cuts and likely broke an arm while in the Wasatch Mountains northwest of Midway.

The 57-year-old man and five friends were snowmobiling in the Pole Line Pass Area on Saturday when he fell of his snowmobile, according to the Wasatch County Sheriff's Office. A friend called 911 about 4 p.m.

The caller said the man "likely broke his arm" and received "what appeared to be moderate facial lacerations," according to the sheriff's office.

Emergency responders later reached the man, according to dispatchers.

The Utah State Parks is investigating the accident.
