Layton police ask for help identifying flasher who targeted three women at the same apartment complex

Police are searching for a man who reportedly flashed three women at a Layton apartment complex over a three-month period.

According to a news release from Layton police, the flasher approached the young women about 5:30 a.m. on Nov. 10, Dec. 19 and Jan. 4, as the women walked to their cars at Layton Meadows apartment complex, 540 W. 1425 North, just north of the Layton Hills Mall.

In all three cases, the man reportedly exposed himself to the women, and in the most recent case, the victim told police the man groped her as she was getting into her car.

The suspect is described as a light-skinned man between 20 and 30 years old who stands about 5-foot-10 with medium build. The man was wearing a gray hoodie and a white face mask.
