Detectives say the death of a woman whose body was found Tuesday morning inside a camp trailer in Farr West is suspicious, but there is insufficient evidence to indicate it is a homicide.

Weber County Sheriff's Lt. Lane Findlay said deputies responding to a 911 call found the body of Britney LouAnn Hansen at about 7 a.m. in the trailer, which was parked near a home at 1502 N. 2000 West.

"There is a history of domestic violence in the home, and it was reported that she and her boyfriend were verbally fighting last night," Findlay said early Tuesday.

But after detectives interviewed with the woman's children and 40-year-old boyfriend, the boyfriend was released. Findlay said he was not being identified because he was not considered to be a suspect.

The body of the woman, reportedly first discovered by the children who called 911, was turned over to the Utah State Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy.

Findlay said the investigation will remain open and active as detectives await the results of an autopsy.

There was some evidence recovered at the scene that indicated Hansen's death could have been related to a drug overdose, but her exact cause of death has not been determined, he said.

"Results from the autopsy and toxicology should shed more light on this situation," Findlay said.
