There's such a barrage of reality shows swallowing up our television time, it's hard to keep track of who's schmoozing whom and who's been doing the backstabbing. Here's the cooler talk about last week's episodes of some of your favorite reality fare, written by The Salt Lake Tribune's resident unscripted-TV buffs. (Warning: Spoilers ahead. If you didn't watch last week, read at your own risk.)

So You Think You Can Dance

Wednesdays, 7 p.m., and Thursdays, 8 p.m., KSTU Channel 13

The Lowdown

Lacey, Danny, Sabra and Neil battled it out Wednesday in their solo and partnered routines. All the judges agreed that Danny was "one of, if not the best dancer" they've ever had on the show. Then on Thursday's results show, the top 20 dancers returned for a few Broadway numbers. In a dramatic but abrupt ending, Cat announced that former Utahn Sabra Johnson won the title and $250,000.

Best Whine and Cheese Moment

No one was able to see the results show due to the breaking news on the latest mine disaster. Thank goodness for devoted bloggers, or we'd never know who the winner was.

Top Chef

Wednesdays, 8 p.m., Bravo

The Lowdown

CJ won the Quickfire Challenge to create a gourmet burger by using scallop mousse, shrimp and tangerine before the eight remaining chefs split into teams for a "restaurant war." Both ad hoc eateries bombed with judges, who fired no one. Instead, next week we get Restaurant War II.

Best Whine and Cheese Moment

Dale, the show's resident gay chef, proclaiming "'Queer Eye' has got nothing on me!" as he decorated his team's restaurant.
