Wednesdays, 7 p.m., and Thursdays, 8 p.m., KSTU Channel 13

The Lowdown

Wednesdays, 8 p.m., Bravo

The Lowdown

Tre won with his cheese grits and bacon-wrapped shrimp, and meek Sara got the heave-ho.
