Salt Lake City law firm Strong and Hanni has elected Catherine M. Larson and Graden P. Jackson to its board of directors. Larson specializes in medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, general civil litigation and products liability. Jackson's areas of practice include commercial transactions, business litigation and estate planning. Scott Taylor has joined Asthma and Allergy Clinic of Utah, where he will be treating patients for allergies, asthma, immune deficiencies and hives. He was trained in adult and pediatric allergy at State University of New York in Buffalo. America First Credit Union has announced the promotion of two employees. Kent Anderson will be the manager of the Centerville Marketplace branch, and Heidi Carruth will be the manager of the North Salt Lake Winegars branch. Anderson has worked for the credit union since 1983, most recently as branch manager at the North Salt Lake Winegars branch. Carruth was most recently the assistant manager at the Bountiful branch, and has been employed by the credit union since 1995. The Draper scrapbooking company All My Memories has named Don Lambson art director. Lambson will be designing and overseeing production of product lines and graphics material. Lambson is a co-founder of Creating Keepsakes, a scrapbooking magazine. SGS Technology Group made three new hires - Brent Estes as the customer relationship manager and human resource management system technology consultant, Brady Clifford as multimedia designer and programmer, and Andrea Orvin as the new marketing analyst. The law firm Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough named Jeffrey Weston Shields as group leader for its bankruptcy and creditors rights practice group. Shields has served for several years as chair of the bankruptcy and creditors rights subcommittee of the Utah State Bar Committee of Bar Examiners. Ted Lewis was named chairman of the American Heart Association's Board for the Western States Affiliate serving California, Nevada and Utah. A member of the Utah State Bar since 1976, Lewis also serves as chairman of the board of directors of the Utah Life and Disability Insurance Guaranty Association. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage sales associates Ruth Andersen, Lynda Coleman, Mark Seltenrich and Shelly Tripp have been elected to local real estate industry boards. Andersen and Tripp were tapped by the Utah Association of Realtors, serving two-year terms. Coleman was elected to a four-year term on the Salt Lake Board of Realtors and Seltenrich was elected to the Park City Board of Realtors for a three-year term. James E. Stock has joined Kaysville-based ABCOffice.com, an online retailer of office equipment, in its international sales department. First Utah Bank has appointed George E. Redd III as senior vice president and branch administrator. Also, Ken M. Carl has joined the construction loan department. Redd, who has more than 35 years of experience in banking, will oversee retail operations. Carl has more than 25 years experience in banking and lending, nine with First Utah Bank.
